Rules
As a self paced, virtual fitness challenge, you can never fully spell out every possible parameter. We favor the spirit of wellness and camaraderie over chapters of rules. Stick to the guidelines below, push yourself & reach out to us if you have any questions… our team is here to help.
LOGGING ACTIVITIES
Visit 100kmc.com, click the Log In link in the main menu, and use the user name and password sent to you via email. If you haven’t received your log in credentials, be sure to check your spam folder. Feel free to email helpdesk@100kmc.com if you need any assistance!
Activity Types
To balance out the effort vs. distance across all the approved activities, the following conversion will be applied to any distances you log into the system. The system will convert for you. DO NOT do the conversion yourself.
- 1:1 ratio
- [1 meter completed = 1 meter earned]
- enter distance in MILES
- 1:1 ratio
- [1 meter completed = 1 meter earned]
- enter distance in MILES
- (Daily steps do not count. You must be exercising with intent)
- 3:1 ratio
- [3 meter ride = 1 meters earned]
- enter distance in MILES
- 2.5:1 ratio
- [2.5 meters completed = 1 meter scored]

- 1:1 ratio
- [1 meter completed = 1 meter earned]

- (Weighted Backpack Walking)
- 1:1.5 ratio
- [1 meter completed = 1.5 meters earned]
- (CARRYING MINIMUMS: 15 lb+ for those under 150 lb in body weight, 30 lb+ for those over 150 lb in body weight)

100KMC Time Frame
All activity has to be carried out and submitted into the system between 12:01 AM CST Nov 11, 2024 to 11:59 PM CST Dec 11, 2024.
Logging Deadlines
We encourage you to log immediately after each workout. The logging deadlines will follow this Central Standard Time (CST) schedule:
- 12:01 AM Nov 11: Challenge Starts – Logged Meters Are Eligible / Valid
- 11:59 PM Nov 17: All Previous Days Meters Due. Any Not Logged Will Be Lost.
- 11:59 PM Nov 24: All Previous Days Meters Due. Any Not Logged Will Be Lost.
- 11:59 PM Dec 1: All Previous Days Meters Due. Any Not Logged Will Be Lost.
- 11:59 PM Dec 8: All Remaining Meters Due. Any Not Logged By This Deadline Will Be Lost.
- 11:59 PM Dec 11: Challenge Closes. No Further Logging Allowed.

- Please reach out to us with ample time to assist, as reaching out to us does not necessarily guarantee any meters in question will be valid after the deadline passes.
- Those who log daily tend to discover questions earlier and thus have the advantage of time prior to each deadline.

- Challenge scoring is 100% on the honor system.

Tie Breakers
If a tiebreaker is necessary for any specific awards category, the person or team who logs the completed activity entry first will be awarded the distinction.
No Cheating
100KMC rules apply, but we will be using the honor system. Go fast. Go far. Go fair. 100KMC reserves the right to remove any clearly incorrect results.
